Creation
This is the brain child of myself and Chris Gairns. LiveMultiSport was created to broadcast our trip around the States. The trip doesn’t stop there as I still have another country to explore, beautiful Canada.
After the trip we will continue posting videos/pictures of our exploits. By no means is this website trying to be shovanistic or elitist. This site is about our passion of exploring the unknown. Pushing the limits of what we know or think is possible.
In time we hope to grow this website into a way of connecting people who wish to improve their fitness or just need some help getting started.

A Typical Plan
The plan must start easy. I leave myself optional days so if I’m feeling good I’ll do the workout, if not I don’t sweat it! Have a couple of Key Workouts that you always do. These will make you stronger.
