Tick Tock…
Last few days of rest before I head out to Rhode Island. Nerves are still in check, aided by the fact that I’ll have a GPS to get me to the race. Can’t imagine doing it the old way with maps!
Most of time is consumed by work. I guess this is what a regualr joe does. Typically I wake up early and get a workout in before heading off to work. Slowly I’ve been cutting back on the amount of exercise time, letting the body rest up. I still have to keep challenging myself thought. Can’t let the body get lazy!
My swim classes have really been helping me out. Although there isn’t much, having many better swimmers around me is definitely the best to getting better.
So since its Tour time I’ve been spending a lot more time in front of the tube. It’s been an intresting start thus far. I still think they should have included a prologue. My opinion about "Hummer" is still out.
Well, I’ve gotta watch stage 4!
Thanks for reading.
